We’re firm believers of enjoying and indulging ourselves here at Cornerstone HQ, and one of the best indulgences are long, lazy, possibly boozy (we’re not judging) brunches. So we turned to our friends at Best of the Brunch to give us a run-down of the top brunch spots in London.
AVENUE
Capturing the very essence of Manhattan in Green Park, Avenue offers a two-course weekend brunch menu for £20 p/p, three courses for £25 p/p – with unlimited Prosecco or Bloody Mary’s an additional £15. We are big fans of their Clarence Court Burford Brown Eggs served on Toasted Sourdough with Sautéed Mushrooms- this is sure to sort out any sore heads.

AQUA KYOTO
We admit we wouldn’t usually classify Japanese cuisine as typical brunch – but the infinity six-course brunch at Aqua Kyoto is so delicious that we had to include it.
Expect deluxe sushi platters, mixed yakitori, salads, noodles and a selection of homemade ice-creams and mocha for £55 p/p. Add unlimited Veuve Clicquot Champagne, house wine or beer to the equation if you want to take it up a notch.

HOT BOX
At this East London barbecue mecca, a ‘Liquid Brunch’ for £25 p/p is on the cards including the usual bubbles and more – there’s even five variations of Bloody Mary. We are particular fans of their Eggs Benedict with Smoked Pork Belly and the Green Bloody Mary with Chimichurri, Jalapeno Tabasco and Cucumber.
