We all start the morning, week and new year with the best intentions but people have various opinions on the best practices. For our members, we’ve just launched a multi-vitamin to help with the slog and wanted to create an area for our community to have regular input! This week we ask a simple question, feel free to leave a comment on this post to see what others think!

I try to wake up every morning and do 25 sit-ups and push ups to get the blood running and feel active!

I have recently begun taking Huel and have a shake when I wake up! Still waiting for the full effects to kick in and see if it really works

I was watching Joe Rogan’s podcast recently and a nutritional guy on there said about having fructose first thing you wake up so have been trying that every morning before work! I used to just leave without eating…

Best way to start the day is definitely going to the gym and having a good sweat!

I read once that avocado is the perfect thing to have in the morning – full of good fats, and of course delicious! I’ve also figured out that having too much bread in the morning basically gives me a sleepy blood sugar reaction, so have trimmed back to one piece of toast first thing!

What annoys me is the fact that I decided to try out the vitamins and added to my order yet still get emails asking if I want to try vitamins……..don’t need the extra emails !!!!

I’m sorry but I have no wish to order pills on the internet. I also rattle from the prescription tablets I take.

Great shaving products, guys. I see what cornerstone are trying you do but this is a step too far for me. I’m sure there’s not a lot of benefit from taking multivitamins. Balanced diet is the way forward.. you effectively reject the excess your body can’t absorb.

I think your shaving and skincare products are excellent. But I have no interest in vitamin pills or dental floss. Of course that’s an individual choice but I bet lots of other people feel the same. As a business I think you should concentrate on the things you do really well and that make you stand out in a crowded market. Multivitamins are everywhere and there is an increasing awareness that they are a waste of money anyway. The fact that you seem to be buying into the idea of their efficacy will make a lot of people doubt you. I hope this is helpful.

A bit off topic. But can’t find any other way to say . But are you likely to do a “Travel Pack” as I’m fed up transferring my Cornerstone products to 100 ml containers when I’m away on business/courses etc.
Also maybe do a Gel Spray in the range.
But my “Morning workout” is getting my five year old ready!!! That my friends is a workout!!!

Start my Morning with a Bang, yes please, amazing if this would be available via Cornerstone.

Each to their own isn’t it? I like a massive dump at my own pace, then a shower, then once I’m ready I like to do a pint of Greens and Reds, fish oils and multivitamins, then a pint of diluted Andrews liver salts. Regular black Americano with an extra shot from the station coffee shop and by the time I’m in London I’m almost human.

But in reality, what John said would win, and ends this as a discussion.

I like to give myself an hour for my morning routine even though it means rising at 5am. I down a glass of water followed by a high protein breakfast with some good fats. I wash this down with 2 cups of strong coffee and I’m ready to face whatever the day throws at me!

Why are cornerstone changing tact from a supplier of a precision shaving instrument to the murky world of vitamin supplements…….every reputable report of long term vitamin supplements use have shown them to be USELESS. With a proper balanced/mixed diet with targeted foods having a greater effect.

As others have said, multivitamins are just not needed. No decent trial shows any need for this sort of thing. Seems just like a cynical attempt to sell profitable but useless products.

I always make sure I get up and at it when the 1 o’clock gun is fired from Edinburgh Castle and wakes me up.

As a GP I’m appalled that a reputable company providing quality shaving products are trying to promote multivitamins which have ZERO evidence of any benefit to health. If you want to waste your hard earned money then buy these multivitamins. Eat a balanced healthy diet and you do not need any supplements.
I’d much rather cornerstone invested in R & D to improve the razor rather than pedal this rubbish.

Having stopped shaving for a few weeks now I have acquired a reasonable beard and find myself looking at products to condition the beard and they seam very expensive. Any plans to bring products out for the beard growers out there ? Also are there any plans to bring out an after shave and or a cologne .
