Prepare in advance or let your guests have some fun building their own. As a base, choose your favourite bread and toast it first if you like – we used organic rye bread with pumpkin seeds. 1. Prawn, Egg & Lettuce.
Ingredients: Prawns, egg, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcester sauce, lime, chives, sea salt and pepper.
How to: Boil an egg. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcester sauce to create a sauce to your taste. Spread the sauce on a piece of bread and add lettuce. Slice the boiled egg and place on top along with a couple of prawns. Sprinkle some cut chives over it and season with sea salt, pepper and a squeeze of juice from your lime.
2. Avocado, Goat’s cheese & Pomegranate.
Ingredients: Avocado, goat’s cheese, pomegranate seeds, lime, sea salt and pepper.
How to: Mash an avocado and mix with the pomegranate seeds. Spread on toast and sprinkle the goat’s cheese. Season with sea salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime juice.
3. Pear, Blue cheese and Pecans.
Ingredients: Pears, blue cheese, pecans and honey.
How to: Spread the blue cheese over your toast and top with pear slices, pecans and a drizzle of honey.

4. Brie & Strawberries.
Ingredients: Brie cheese, strawberries and balsamic vinegar.
How to: Spread the brie over the toasted bread and add slices of fresh strawberries. Top it off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. If you’d like something more savoury, swap the strawberries for heirloom tomatoes.
5. Peanut butter & Banana.
Ingredients: Organic peanut butter, bananas and chia seeds.
How to: Spread peanut butter on toast, add slices of banana and sprinkle chia seeds on top. You can also add some strawberries for extra sweetness.

6. Watermelon, pomegranate & mint dessert.
Toss together some chunks of watermelon, a handful of pomegranate seeds and a sprinkling of chopped fresh mint. Squeeze half a lime over the top and serve cold. Bon Appetite!
