How to Recover from Jet-Lag!

Avoid all kinds of caffeine

An espresso or energy drink may bring you an immediate boost when you’re jet-lagged but in the long run, it will only make you feel worse. Caffeinated drinks are also no way near as hydrating as pure water, and after a flight, rehydrating the body is key.
